Dr. Jeffrey Kelly is originally from Fredericton New Brunswick. Dr. Kelly received his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Prince Edward Island. Then moved to Foxcroft Veterinary Services in 1992. He partnered with Dr Miles in 2001 to form Foxcroft Veterinary Service, PA.
He is a father of 4 wonderful children and Fred the cat. In his spare time he enjoys golfing, hockey and spending time with his children and friends.
